SENSES invites applications for Short-Term Scientific Missions (STSMs) to enable Action participants to gain professional experience in other countries. STSMs enable researchers to visit institutions or heritage sites within the network to develop interdisciplinary and trans-sectoral skills.
The missions are intended to facilitate international mobility, fostering collaboration, knowledge exchange, and methodological innovation in the study of multisensory court environments. Applicants are encouraged to connect historical research with digital or heritage-based approaches. Grantees receive funding for work visits to host organisations in other countries to gain new knowledge or access to equipment or techniques not available in the home institution.
Applicants must have an e-COST profile and applications must be submitted online in e-COST. Applications describe goals and the work to be carried out by the applicant, expected results (outcomes) and description of the contribution to the objectives of SENSES.
There is no specific deadline for applications.
